What is myAppointmentNOW

Version: This functionality is available in 7.0.162 and above.

myAppointmentNOW is an Online Scheduling module that allows the patient to schedule their own appointments. myAppointmentNOW allows you to configure your online scheduling to fit your practice. You may only allow existing patients if you choose. In addition, the system provides 2 links for you to put on your website, on social media, or in your emails. One link requires the patient to complete the patient portal and then schedule, and the other link allows the patient to skip the patient portal and just schedule.

Important License Information

If you decide to use myAppointmentNOW, you may want to also use the patient portal, myPatientNOW. For additional information, check out What is myPatientNOW?

Once the Patient NOW Support Team has activated your license, you will configure the patient portal (myPatientNOW) to work with your practice, even if you will only use online scheduling and not the patient portal. Finally, you will configure myAppointmentNOW to allow patients to schedule.
